To date our largest single off site project - we moved a whole factory! Ford car plant was closed and all machinery was to be exported. We coordinated the whole process. Machines were uninstalled, taken to Thames Port. We took control of ship to shore crane, operated 2 gangs (welders, riggers, stevedores), day and night for 3 weeks. Loading 463 machines with average weight of 120T per piece. This photo was taken once loaded.

We specialise in loading Oil and Gas equipment anything from drill pipes, compressors & valves. We have good relationships with those working out of Aberdeen including hauliers, so can obtaining good collection/ delivery rates.

This particular contract was to load 202 containers of buoyancy modules for export to Houston, USA. The goods originated in Aberdeen and we hauled down to Felixstowe for us to store and load. Using our own trained carpenters we built timber transportation frames for the modules, each frame housed 3 modules, with 2 of the frames per container.

We needed our delicate touch, one of our memorable local projects was unloading aviation museum planes and setting into display positions within a Suffolk museum. 

We are the port of call for damaged and problematic containers.  Using our experience, we are able to unload, rotate, cut open and modify as necessary damaged containers. This helps our customers to lessen the financial cost for insurance claims by salvaging product, we are able to work alongside surveyors, destroying stock with video evidence,  removing useable stock if req.

We supported a UK manufacturing company based in hull who export gas cylinders with a project to supply to America. We arranged the securing using car lashings, bearers and soft eye rachet straps- the challenge being to keep the brand new cylingers imacculate whilst loading into open tops using their gantry cranes. 

Two classic brands from the UK for who we have worked for. For caterpillar we devised a method to load 2 diggers into 1 container, even being flown out to Brazil to pass on our knowledge.
