Cargo Secure has worked on several ports across the UK, offering a complete loading package. This generally consists of, planning the whole operation, supplying crane drivers, banksman, carpenters & riggers.

Cargo Secure have handled some of the largest one off projects in the UK, including explosives, ammunition ships and factory closures; with our biggest to date loading out the Ford Dagenham car plant. Please see our projects page for more details.

Pictured above, working in Sheerness, we were maximising vessel space, layering cargo by  timber platforms so everything is stackable.

We select the best method for the cargo and job, here we were working aboard a vessel in Ipswich loading over 100 vehicles of all shapes and sizes. Our welders and riggers teamed up with ABP to provide stevedoring, to secure to the satisfaction of ships crew using tensioners & lashing chains.

Often we are asked to solve issues unfortunately caused by others, frequently this is a last minute request. We are always happy to help, such as the above we were tasked with securing & load planning generators on behalf of Khenue Nagel, we welded steel stoppers to hold cargoes into place - attending job with 24 hours notice and sorted.

We were tasked to secure and plan the loading of a Sennebogen 880 Crane in Shorham Port - this was quite a quick turn around from enquiry on Thurday to loading on a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

We supply all equipment from metal stoppers,  lashing chains, tensioners, rachet straps, timbers etc. We supply stevedores, riggers, welders and coordinated all parties to get the job completed.

Here, CSL were tasked with loading and securing cable reels in Yarmouth port. Our experienced team of riggers, planners and welders worked closely with the ships crew to load securely and meet the deadline.
